Located only 15 minutes from Kawana dog Surf beach and Mooloolaba, this 1 year old home is situated amongst 7 acres of beautiful tranquil bushland. This large spacious home will let you will find your own space to relax and tune into the quiet landscape. Take in the scenery relaxing in the large patio watching the birds or take a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool. We welcome dogs and they can enjoy a large fenced yard surrounding the immediate house and swim in 1 of the 2 dams! The master bedroom has a king bed, large daybed that looks out onto the swimming pool and bird feeding station. The ensuite has a large bathtub that looks out to bushland. The second queen bedroom has a walk in robe, ensuite and sliding doors to outside. The third and fourth bedrooms have a queen and double bed and share a bathroom. There is a pull out double bed that can be used and is located outside the 3rd and 4th bedroom in the study nook area. There is 2 single mattresses that can be set up in the office and or media room to cater up to a total of 12 people at an extra charge of $60 each a night . There are 2 dams on the property which you are welcome to use kayaks on and fish in. Dogs are welcome to swim in them as well. We do have 2 friendly geese and 2 ducks that live in them so please ensure your dogs won’t attack them. We have a hen house with rescue battery hens. You are welcome to collect and eat their eggs while you stay!
