The main house is designed for communal living, featuring a dining and relaxation area on the first floor, a communal kitchen for group meals, and on the upper floor ten bedrooms with bunk beds. Additionally, the house is equipped with five toilets and 5 showers. A cellar provides space for gatherings, parties, and games, fostering a sense of camaraderie among visitors. Adjacent to the main house, a separate building houses a small chapel on the upper floor, ideal for retreats, workshops, talks, and intimate concerts.
