My group consisted of two couples and a last minute addition - one other. We stayed because we attended a live music event in Lyme Regis on the Saturday night and because we could only book two or more nights we stayed Friday night as well, and we are so glad we did. Kates place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and clutter free. The beds are so comfortable, in private quiet rooms. We contacted Kate about the last minute addition and she was extremely helpful, offering bedding and the sofa bed. The kitchen is plenty for a party of 4/6 to sit around the table for a meal and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Our only recommendation would be a lock to be installed on the bathroom door. We will definitely be going again.

Kate’s place was wonderful. Spotless and had everything we needed. A lot of thought had gone into the refurbishment to make it perfect for guests. Kate is very friendly and helpful. All the people we met in Lyme Regis were fantastic! So friendly! It is a lovely town. We would 100% recommend Kate’s place to stay. We had a great time.

A big thank you to Kate for our stay in this fantastic apartment! It was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could have needed. The accommodation is bright, spacious and airy, and beautifully presented. The children loved it and settled really well (always a good sign!) The beds were comfy and everyone had 2 excellent nights’ sleep. Thank you for recommending the Lim path walk into Lyme - this was a highlight of the weekend and led to us exploring parts of the town we hadn’t seen before. This really was Air BnB at its best, Kate is a fantastic host and we can’t recommend her enough. We’d love to return.

What an absolutely lovely place to stay. Kate made us feel very welcome. The flat itself is spotless and really cosy. There were so many small touches which made a real difference, the kitchen had more than everything you need and lots of helpful information. I would definitely recommend staying here, it’s a great location for exploring around the area. I will be recommending to all my family and friends.
