What a fabulous place! Seven adults and 1 dog were comfortable and felt like we had plenty of room. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The bathrooms were clean and towels were new and luxurious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms could be made dark for sleeping. After a day of touring Leavenworth and/or snowshoeing, we all enjoyed the hot tub, under the stars. And, for an added bonus, we had about a dozen Elk walk through the backyard at dusk! Thank you, Gabe, it was a perfect location for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabe's place. Beautiful setting next to the river, quiet and peaceful for a family gathering. The space was set up well for our group of two families. Kids had a blast playing in the yard.

My family and I stayed here to celebrate a late Christmas. The property was GORGEOUS. The pictures don't do it justice. It's private and secluded, not even 50 yards from the river. The driveway is maintained even in inclement weather, and we had no issues accessing or leaving the property. The hot tub and grill were great to have as well. The interior is cozy, clean, well thought out, and spacious. And all this only 15 minutes from Leavenworth. As for Gabe, he was an amazing host. He was very accommodating, communicative, and available. No big issues this trip, but Gabe was very prompt in addressing anything and everything, no matter how small. He even stopped by to grease some squeaky door hinges that were a bit of a nap-hazard (for the kids). He had recommendations for activities and places to check in the area. He respected our privacy, was flexible with some requests I had, and was (is) overall just a kind person. I hope to return soon. My only complaint was that our stay ended.

This place was amazing! Not only was it beautiful but Gabe recommended near by places to go eat and it was delicious. My family and I had a great time and did not want to go back home. Gabe put up a Christmas tree for us since we stayed for Christmas and it made it magical for the kids. Great location for a gateway!
