Quiet neighbourhood. Airport is 20 minutes away. Helen has everything thought through so that there were no questions open regarding how get in and out of the house and during the stay there.

Helen was very kind and clear with everything. She was always available and answered really fast. The place was neat and the description was accurate. The neighborhood is really beautiful and quiet, very nice to take a walk. Recommended.

Friendly and responsive host, free use of great laundry machines with free detergent, kitchen space with everything you need and a generous amount of provided staples, some snacks provided, everything kept super clean and tidy, quiet and safe neighborhood. The listing states you share the kitchen and bathroom with one other room (the other AirBnB room), and that the family lives upstairs. This was inaccurate during my stay. An extended family member rents a room long-term downstairs on the other side of the thin wall structure from the Phoenix Room, and this person also uses the bathroom and kitchen. The tenant is quiet but keeps late hours and often cooks meals at 2 or 3am. As noise travels easily, I found earplugs a must. The kitchen is not vented (no windows) and strong cooking smells often permeated the spaces. This can be good or bad depending on your tastes The inside security cameras (laundry and kitchen areas) point at the bedroom doors

Quiet and peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
