Town Centre-Bring the whole family to this Central Town location with lots of room to chill out. Pets are welcome too. Large Supermarkets and a selection of pubs & shops right on your doorstep. River walks and local parks to explore. Leisure centre 4min walk away. Rail station 10min walk with easy access to Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich & London. Street parking & a good selection of takeaway’s & restaurants nearby. BBQ facilities in a south facing courtyard with sunshine throughout the day. Large kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster and large refrigerator. All cooking utensils available. Living room - triple sofa & 2 arm chairs (black leather) ambient lighting, 50” smart TV, large windows. Ceiling fan. Main bedroom - double bed with large window, 50” TV wall mounted to chill out and watch TV. Large wardrobe, set of drawers, shelving and bedside tables with lamps. Simba mattress and fresh bedding. Ceiling fan. Second bedroom - bunk beds, large window, wardrobe. Ceiling fan. Utility room - washing machine, tumble dryer. Bicycle storage, BBQ facilities. Stairs - Steep stairs- not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Banister Hallway- long hallway with rug and ornament table. A selection of Books available to read.

Nice apartment and in a great location, the only let down would be the lack of a Shower at the property.

Ian's place is one of the most comfortable places we've stayed, everything you need for a short break. well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and chairs and lovely and warm. it was very fresh and clean. A two minute walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. Easy road links for touring. Great host.

1 min walk to the high street with shops, cafes, several pubs and a Weatherspoons public house,
4 min walk to the leisure centre with swimming pool and a lovely park area by the river, skate park. Summer festival on this park around the first weekend of June.
Nature reserve 1 mile away, river walks 2 mins walk.
Sainsbury’s superstore 1 min walk.
