图片是用手机拍的，位置在房间阳台。 非常好的地理位置，去新加坡几分钟就到新柔长堤。去乐高乐园20分钟。skudai 20分钟。 房子非常新并且新装修，可能有一点点甲醛还没消掉，当然我个人闻不见，我朋友鼻子比较敏感。 房子很大，3间房适合8个人住，我们是3对情侣。原本计划晚上都是出去loud speaker或是酒吧，但考虑到房间不住多一会儿真是太可惜了，所幸直接在大厅玩游戏。 性价比很高，且房东能够及时回复消息。退房时由于我们行李多，还特意给我们延长到了12pm。 谢谢房东。

This apartment is suitable for big families as it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! My family and I stayed for 3 nights in this apartment and we enjoyed the space and comfort. Apartment was clean and tidy, with fresh bedsheets. TV has netflix too. Overall a very pleasant stay, thank you for making it a great family trip!

The place hitted off as it was very near CIQ. My family of 9 with young kids and parents in law stayed for 1 night for Hari Raya Shopping in JB. First impression of the house was quite neat and clean. It will be great if all toilets are installed with bidets because only the master bedroom has the bidet. Also the lighting of the hall’s toilet is spoilt. Unable to turn on. At night at abt 9.30pm, suddenly the unit went dark then we realised it was a blackout. Contacted Luxe and they sent a staff to resolve the problem. Issue resolved quite efficiently and they even offer a RM20 voucher to be use in future bookings as compensation for the inconvenience. The next morning at abt 8.45am, another blackout happened. Some of us were in the showers as we are preparing for checkout at 1000h. Informed Luxe about the second blackout but there were no replies at all. I think it’s because they thought we were going to checkout anyway. Thank you to the host for accepting my very last minute booking and had always being responsive. While I enjoyed the stay in the newly renovated apartment, I noticed the price is slightly high compared to similar options nearby. I wanted to share some feedback regarding a couple of missing amenities. Having storage cabinets for clothes, an ironing board and TV channels would greatly enhance the convenience for guests, especially considering it's the first stay in the newly renovated space. Addressing these minor details would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience and make your apartment even more inviting for future visitors. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I look forward to seeing any future improvements!
