Location wise is good as it is near to mid valley south key. Late check-in but owner assisted well with clear instructions. When first entered the unit, was welcomed by cockroach at the kitchen island table, also found a cockroach moving around at the master room bed headboard. Other than this, the place looks fine and clean. However, after showers, both toilets flooded, water wasn’t draining well, need some time. There were washing machine, hair dryer, fridge and iron provided, including basic utensils, plate and bowls. Place is bright. Not bad for stay.

Very worth the price ! Super strategic location for those who want to have staycation in JB. Easier to access to many places easily. Host are responsive in solving my query as well. Highly recommended on this place 👍🏻

Apartment requires more maintenance. Water heater was not working and disrupted our stay for more than half a day. There were stains in bathroom and bathtub. Overall, it was okay but would likely not return again.
