The house was great, clean, well kept. It was the communication from the host which got stars dinged. Got a msg about 48 hours before check in with in depth warnings of additional charges and even possibly banning me from Airbnb! if anything damaged, missing, stained, etc. We hadn’t even checked in yet. We then got a similar checkout msg saying the credit card on file would be charged up to $500 if anything missing, damaged, stained, etc. (Stained towels mentioned a couple times) We got a msg an hour before check out asking if we had checked out yet because she was trying to "get maintenance there ASAP." The house was great. The messaging from the host, however, was unwelcoming and affected guests’ ability to relax and enjoy. I booked this for professional meetings. The contrast between this host and the other two hosts I interacted with over this time period was a stark difference in tone, professionalism, & hospitality. ALL rules/charges should be made clear on the original listing.

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! Getting into the home was simple and great for our late arrival. The home was very clean and free of damage. Only a few issues with expected wear and tear came up during our stay. One of the bedrooms had a mattress with a divot in the middle that unfortunately was uncomfortable for one of our friends to sleep on. The Master bath has an incredible rainfall shower head that is so relaxing and spa like. Unfortunately either the drain couldn't keep up with the water volume or was clogged as water would back up into the tub. Aside from those few maintenance issues the home was comfortable and easily met our needs as a group of 5 adults. I would recommend this stay for families and group trips. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking pans and dishes that should meet most needs for cooking or grilling. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Dallas. We would stay again and enjoyed our time in Grand Prarie and Dallas.

It was a very nice place to stay with my family. Very nice house with plenty of space and the pool table was a plus.
