Joaquin and his assistant responded quickly to meet our needs. They’re very friendly and accommodating. The home is spacious and the city view is a nice plus.

This is an amazingly spacious house! High ceilings and open entryway. Bedrooms are spacious and uncluttered. The main bedroom has a large bathroom and very large closet… Plenty of space! TV is in most rooms means there is ample entertainment and the backyard is great for catching fresh air in a private environment. The host is fantastic! He connected with us personally, even before we had checked in, and worked with us on any questions we had along the way. This was a new rental at the time, so a few small items needed attention, that the host immediately addressed, and took care of. This is why we choose rentals based on the host! Would stay again.

Had an amazing time staying at Joaquin’s house. Very clean and right next to several restaurants. Joaquinn was an amazing host, very polite and very good communicator. I will be staying here again!
