Your room is simple but nice and cozy. The living room gives access to the backyard. The backyard faces the sunny southwest. The spacious garden of 40m2 has a beautiful sun terrace with lounge sofas. There is also a luxurious 5-person wood-fire Hot tub. Welcome to Kelly’s Homestay. My spacious, well-maintained house is located on the outskirts of Purmerend. This district is called "Purmer-Noord". The house is located near a bus stop, from where you can easily connect and be in the city center of Amsterdam within 30 minutes. Your room is one of the three bedrooms in the house The living room has underfloor heating and access to the backyard. The backyard faces the sunny southwest, as the living room. This is nice because it brings a lot of light into the room. The spacious garden of about 40 m² has a beautiful sun terrace with lounge sofas. There is also a luxurious 5-person wood-fired Hot tub. Well-maintained open kitchen with kitchen facilities including induction cooker, combi oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The house is located on a car-free street, but there is always ample parking space near the house.

kelly is a responsive and kind host, who gives exact info on the location, check in, etc. the apartment is clean and there is everything for cooking or baking. the location in pumerend is peaceful and beautiful. Supermarkets are available with ~15 min walk. the location is a bit far from the citycenter. but the bus is available and its possible to get there for around 30 min. i recommend staying here, as it's worth the price for sure! :)
The room is perfect for one person! Very clean and cosy I had a really good time here and i recommend with no hesitation!! Kelly and his boyfriend are lovely people, thank you again:))
it was clean and modern, the room was small but perfect for the price considering high tourist season in the Netherlands. close to the bus station into Amsterdam. There is a very steep set of stairs in the building, but that's very typical of dutch homes. :)

I marked Kelly's apartment down on location, but it is only a bus ride to Amsterdam Noord and then a simple Metro ride to the centre of this great city, It is what it is. There aren't swanky bars or restaurants in the area but Amsterdam isn't that far away.
