This is a new listing, filled with so much to enjoy! The house is very well equipped for entertaining large groups, especially for outdoor events! There are multiple dinning room areas, including a covered outdoor patio, pergola style. You could potentially host breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors! For the kiddos or adults we also have a media room in the casita with a projector screen. As well as a Pool table, Ping pong table and outdoor poolside pavilion game room that is 1300 sq. ft! ★ Main House ★ ᗌ Bedroom 1: one queen bed, tv and closet ᗌ Bedroom 2: one queen bed, one double bed ᗌ Bedroom 3: one queen bed, one twin bed (if not out, it is stored in the closet), desk area ᗌ Bedroom 4/5: Master suite - one king bed, one queen bed, tv, fireplace, en-suite bath with tub & shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet ᗌ Two additional full baths with showers ᗌ One powder room with toilet and sink ★ CASITA ★ ᗌ Bedroom 6: Twin bunk beds, separate room but open air style with bedroom 7 ᗌ Bedroom 7: One king bed, separate room but open air style with bedroom 6 Lower level of casita has movie theater style reclining chairs and screen for streaming tv/movies via Chromecast app. There is a sink but no bathroom in the casita. Amazing property. Had our wedding party stay here and it was an absolute blast!
We attended my son’s wedding at a nearby location and this casa was a perfect location for my family to prepare for the wedding. Very peaceful and relaxing despite the stress of the occasion. Christian is a wonderful host. Gives instructions clearly and responds quickly.
Pros: Amazing location Big space Fun pool area w/pool amenities Great place for family reunion Host was super responsive and we even chatted on the phone a few times. Everything was generally very easy to access. The pool was fun & the hot tub was a nice temp. Place was spacious and easy for everyone to have space in the common areas. Very scenic and the net was fun. There were also some woodpeckers! Kitchen was decently stocked to make food for a large group. Host was eager to improve the stay Cons: Board games were missing pieces Master bed was broken (Host aims to fix) Master bathroom shower was quite cold No electric kettle (Host put on grocery list) Only 6 chairs in the dinning room. - could get a few folding for larger parties Sadly, someone kept the backyard & path very beautiful but has clearly become overgrown and less maintained. Would have been nice to be able to enjoy it more but it wasn’t explicit in the listing so I don’t blame it for not being as nice as it could be.
I can’t say enough about this property. Everyone was in absolute awe upon arrival and staying there . There is endless things to do - amongst views for miles! Thanks again Christian and will reach out in the future too book again !
We loved our stay at this ABNB! The area was massive and there were immaculate views from all over the 4 acres of the property. We had 16 people staying (8 adults 8 children) and there was plenty of activities for everyone to have a good time. Christian and his team were very responsive to our multiple requests. Only small minor complaint was it would have been nice to have autonomy over the pool heater and some of the amenities could have been updated/improved but overall we had a wonderful time and would return in the future.
