The apartment is ideal for business travelers, tourists or those who come to our beautiful city on other purposes. With confirmed and paid reservation you can check-in by yourself, following simple instructions. If necessary, we will provide the documents for the accounting department, and a migration service certificate for foreign citizens. There is a double bed 180cm wide and a pull-out sofa. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes. High-speed Internet (wi-fi) and cable TV are available in the apartment. There is air conditioning, iron and ironing board, mini-hairdryer. There is a shower room in the bathroom; shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrushes are provided.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Margarita was very helpful. The most important part that I loved about this place was the location. The place was very lively, with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

It was a wonderful stay and I liked the air bnb. It is very close to city center, near popular arbat street and Margarita also supported us for many things to plan our local sightseeing and transportation details to tourist places.All good locations were near our air bnb like the zenkov cathedral.

Near the apartment there are: the famos Arbat with its many restaurants and cafes, TSUM, GUM, Musrepov Theater (TYUZ), Yubileyny shops, Music Lover, 28 Panfilov Park, Green Bazaar, Park of Culture and Recreation, shopping mall MegaPark, etc. It is not far from Almaty-2 train station, Zhibek Zholy metro station, public transport stops, so you can easily go to any part of the city.
