The place itself felt pretty good to stay at for our pretty big group. The lake was gorgeous, the shade and different balconies made it great to stay outside, and the AC worked great, which we were worried about. However there were some major issues and a handful of minor ones with the place- for one, there was sort of a hole in front of the basement sink which made standing in front of it awkward. There were a few cockroaches that we saw indoors during our stay. Some of the stairs weren't level going up to the second floor. The basement toilet wasn't really flushable the entire time we were there, and if we tried, water would bubble up into the shower. There were some minor issues like the blinds downstairs not fitting the door right, so we'd break them if we tried to use the door, and some of the wiring in the place was odd. Overall I don't regret staying here and it was very spacious for our group, so we did enjoy ourselves.

We had a family gathering for a college tourney near by and it fit the whole bunch of us. Kitchen was well appointed, grill with back up propane tank available, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for over 10. We already hope to retention for next yr tourney.

House was perfect for our needs. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely use the next time we are in the area.

House has a lot of potential and we can see the intent of the decore and touches. The location on the lake and proximity to Bush Gardens make it a great family vacation option with improvements.
