Jared is a terrific superhost, and his property manager is a real star. This was our first experience with a Tiny Home, and this home was immaculate. The only knock on the experience was that this is in a neighborhood made up of about 20 Tiny Homes, all right next to each other. We were on a trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon, and ideally were looking for an isolated Tiny Home more off the grid. But unfortunately, we couldn't find one available. But if you want the experience of a Tiny Home, and the reassurance of an excellent host, I highly recommend Jared.

We stayed here for a week with 4 not so little kids. I was shocked at how roomy it felt. It was exactly what was pictured besides the view of the cliffs- that view was FAR better than the pictures showed. The on site manager was EXTREMELY helpful and gave us some great ideas for local hikes/things to do. The only thing we had to adjust to, was the pressure of the water. We live in Michigan where water is abundant, and we weren’t used to desert life. Other than that, I would go back in a heartbeat!!

We stayed at this tiny home to visit Zion and it didnt disappoint! The home was easy to find, even though we arrived pretty late at night and it was pitch black out. Jared was easy to communicate with for the updates on our arrival. The home was very comfortable and laid out nicely. There is lots of storage and the beds were comfortable, they did an excellent job with furnishings so it didn’t feel cluttered. The skylight by one of the beds was beautiful to look through at night. We stayed with 2 under 2 and they loved the home and the playground on the lot. We were able to use the bbq for New Years and really enjoyed our time. The other tiny homes were close but it still felt private and each one had the parking right in front of their space. It is also near Zion, not a bad drive. The town had diners we tried and had friendly service. We will definitely be coming back to stay at another one of the tiny homes they have with the decks above!

Great stay for our family of 5. Plenty of space for us and our girls got to live their dream of staying in a tiny house! Everything was very clean and neat. We especially loved the "Narrows" theme!
