It was a good place to stay, has a balcony with nice view and peaceful surrounding. Simran was helpful and made arrangements as requested. Linens weren't very clean but not dirty either. We carried our bedsheets just to be on safer side. Overall cleanliness was okay. Property shows some signs of abuse, probably from previous guests. I booked it for around 4k with charges. Felt even other available listings in Raipur ABnB are bit overpriced. Our stay was overnight so can't comment what could be challenges with a longer stay. But availability of drinking water could be better. Still, if someone has a requirement of homestay, can surely book this one.

We travelled here with 3 people and with our pet puppy and we enjoyed the stay. However there are some issues which I need to address here, there were no toiletries available for us in any of the washrooms, the toilet seats and the overall washrooms could have been cleaner, there are no cloth hangers inside the washroom which indeed is an issue and the lack of sufficient charging ports in 1 of the master bedroom was also a concern. Overall we enjoyed, however would've loved the stay more if the above amenities were fulfilled.

I stayed here twice with my family and my dog. Beautiful home at a very prime and peaceful location. The interior is very beautiful, exactly as shown in the photo and it was very clean. Simran as a host was very responsive and extremely helpful with the booking and everything. It was a great stay.

House is spacious with beautiful interior. Society is good. Host Simran ma’am is very responsive. But, the house lack basic amenities like refrigerator, tv, sofa , wifi and some small things which needs improvement. Though they fulfilled our needs but after repeated reminders which is lil bit annoying. If they take the feedback positively and improve with all the facilities then it will be a very nice and comfortable stay.
