Muy bueno el acceso un edificio que cuenta con seguridad privada que te deja muy tranquilo, el sistema de cerradura electrónica ayuda entrar a cualquier hora, Super completo los utensilios de cocina y los electrodomésticos. Muy lindo lugar!!
Polina’s place was beautiful. It was very clean, very safe , and we had a lovely visit. The location is incredible—right near the beautiful beach. The photos showcase the apartment well. We’re digital nomads and enjoyed working and kitesurfing/reading in the sun. We met a lot of kind people, and felt very comfortable. Polina has amazing communication skills and it was a pleasure staying at her place. Thank you!!!
We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean and had hot water. The kitchen is very convenient. The whole complex is really nice. Definetely a good deal for the its price!

Kite Beach is a famous kitesurfing spot in Cabarete. This beachfront condo is located in the middle of Kite Beach and you'll run into kitesurfers of all levels, from beginners to world champions. The vibe is friendly, local, and fun. There are restaurants, bars, and kite schools within walking distance.
The condo complex has free street parking available for your car or motorcycle/scooter. If you need to rent a scooter/moto or car, please ask us for recommendations.
On Kite Beach, you can get everywhere by walking. It's a 5-minute drive to get to the main town of Cabarete. You can use your own car/moto, a moto concho (moto taxi), or a "guagua" (a mini bus).
