Welcome to Simply Put Magnolia! Soak in the classic/modern charm of this two-story, 5 bedroom home built in 1925 featuring newly-decorated rooms and amenities with an erinistic style and vibe. Come back from your 5-minute walk to the Magnolia Silos/downtown Waco area and relax in our 65 jet hot tub! Sleeping up to 10 people, you'll love calling us home for your Magnolia visit, girls' trip, family reunion or Baylor event. We look forward to hosting you! STR001112-11-2023 Simply Put Magnolia is a 1925 two-story home that combines a vintage vibe with modern amenities to offer our guests an upscale, yet homey erinistic spaces. With five (5) total bedrooms, everyone in a group of up to ten (10) people will have a cozy bed. Groups of up to twelve (12) people have been known to make Simply Put Magnolia their temporary home away from home on occasion, but this only works if you have a couple of people who don't mind the couch and living room doubling as their personal space! DOWNSTAIRS The entry greets you with the original hard wood floors that lead you to the living room on your left, stairs to the second floor straight ahead and the dining room to your right. Pass through the dining room toward the modern appliances in the kitchen and then on to the back of the house where you'll find the primary bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed, full bathroom (check out that shower - wow!) and laundry room. UPSTAIRS At the top of the stairs immediately to your right is the second full bathroom. On either side of the stairs in the front of the house is where you'll find oversized bedrooms 2 and 3 - each with a comfy queen-sized bed. Bedroom 4 has a full-sized day bed with roll-away twin below it and bedroom 5 includes two twin beds. BACKYARD You may access the backyard from the downstairs back door or the alley where you'll find ample parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway. Your outdoor living space was completely renovated in January 2024: + Relax under the lights on the steel pergola in our 65-jet hot tub, with seating for up to 8 people. The hot tub is now situated behind a privacy wall with composite decking all around (i.e. no splinters!) + Decorative stamped concrete patio with outdoor dining table and chairs. + Massive stamped concrete fire pit ring with Adirondack seating for all. + The new privacy fence and rolling gate are new additions to the backyard as well and provide extra security and privacy. + More updated pictures coming soon!
