Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that is less than 1 minute to the beach! The outdoor areas are superb with ample seating available all around the Villa so you and your loved ones can enjoy the outdoors, Caribbean breeze, Aruban sun and crystal-clear pool! The indoors has the most beautiful and unique Caribbean decorations and vibrant colors! The dining room is elegant with the most comfortable velvety chairs, bedrooms all have comfy king size beds with private full bathrooms! The outdoor living areas are spectacular with amazing pool, sun chairs, couches, state of the art 4 burner BBQ, picnic table and even an outdoor rocking chair! Owners Barbara & Victor have brilliantly brought the Caribbean to the inside of their home with their choice of blue and yellow colors that are a consistent theme throughout! Even the several different decorative Iguanas follow this vibrant tropical trend! Needless to say, Villa Las Iguanas, is a name that is very fitting! Every bedroom has a smart tv with cable and Netflix along with two other living rooms, one in the back and one in the front, that have smart tv's with cable & Netflix as well. All rooms have king size beds with tons of pillows, comfortable duvets and lots of closet space to hang up your clothes. Each full bathroom is not only wonderfully decorated and equipped with relaxing rain showers but have been strategically built to be 100% fully accessible to all! Meaning all showers and toilets have support bars and sufficient 32 inches of space for all to enter. The entire home is 100% handicap friendly with ramps on the outside giving scooters and wheelchairs full access! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel fridge, ice maker, gas stove, air-frier, drip coffee machine, espresso machine, Keurig coffee machine, nutri-bullet, high quality pots & pans and the list goes on and on!!! There is also private parking for you on the property as well, which you can access by easily opening the large gate for your vehicle. Lastly, Barbara and Victor have provided you with all of the amenities one might need to explore and enjoy the beach such as beach chairs, beach towels and a portable cooler so you can pack some goodies for your trip :)

The house is well appointed with everything needed and the pool was a great addition. Beaches & hotel zone within 10 minute walk We hope to get back in the future .
Justin & Sandra are wonderful. We stayed 6 nights. They checked in several times to make sure that we were completely happy. The house has a security system, but is in a safe neighborhood. It's less than a 5 min. drive to Tres Trapi. It's a few minutes to STR Farmers' Market. The house was clean and spacious. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, as well as a unit in the living room, so you can adjust the temperature of each room how you want it. The kitchen was stocked with basic items, such as plates, cups, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, baking sheet, blender, air fryer, and coffee maker. Our favorite part of the house was the pool! We swam in it daily, and enjoyed relaxing on the back patio under the shade. There is a grill outside, but we didn't use it. The laundry room is accessed from the outside. The house and location were perfect for our needs. We felt right at home. If we ever return to Aruba, I would book this again.
Absolutely amazing property and equally amazing hosts. Justin and Sandra are great hosts, great communication and lots of great suggestions of where to eat and local information. The home has everything you could need or want, so much so that you may not want to go anywhere. Love the privacy while still being minutes away from everything. Honestly couldn’t think of a more perfect place to stay.
The place we stay at las iguanas with my family was really amazing, great location and super comfortable. My kids really enjoys the pool . It was super close to restaurants , the palm beach strip and arashi beach which I think it is one of our favorite. We really love this island we enjoy every single day and it’s a really great place to make memories with your loved ones. Most people do reviews specially when things go bad with the rental and things don’t work your way. I give Sandra and Justin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ beacause it is not about the problems you can run into, it is about how fast you can solve them and they were there 100% for me and my family at any moment and anytime and for that I thank you !!! We will be back for new adventures!!!
This is one of the best airbnb's we ever stayed at! The house had everything we needed, it was immaculate, the outdoor space and pool were heavenly, and it was very easy to drive to the beach. I'm really glad we stayed here. It really made our trip to Aruba to peaceful and relaxing!

We are only a 7 minute walk from the Ritz Carlton and famous windsurfing and kitesurfing beach called Fishermans’ Hut. There is also a racquet club one block away boasting several tennis courts, gym, etc. What I love as well are the amazing mountain bike trails that lead right to Alto Vista Chapel! Absolutely stunning views!
You can easily get around by walking and bike but renting a car or even better a 4x4 Jeep is best!

Sandra and Justin both grew up right here in Aruba and from their teenage years have been passionately working in the tourism industry until finally in December of 2021 they decided to branch out on their own and start Paradise Vacation Rentals Aruba. Their objective is to create and offer unique properties, providing above expectation accommodations and services that become a memorable part of your very important vacation experience! Sandra inherited her father’s artistic abilities and was actually Aruba’s Caribbean Queen for her design of popular purses made from used cigar boxes and other works of art! She also has several paintings on display in several of their homes along with her special interior design touch! To help professionally develop her talent for interior design, she has taken several different courses in Toronto, Canada. Justin was a graduate in Hospitality & Tourism Management and actually worked in several director positions in different Resorts right here in Aruba. Due to this, his knowledge of running successful hotels more than translates into the vacation home rental sector! He was nominated twice for the island wide prestigious Shoko Award for “Young Professional” and “Sustainability Champion”. Working in the Resorts has also blessed both Justin and Sandra with a lot of contacts and knowledge in the industry that can definitely benefit you, your vacation and your property! Sandra was public relations manager for both Wine and Dine and RIU Palace Aruba for a combined 17 years of experience! She has made so many memorable vacations for tourists from around the world that they had to include a concierge service as part of their scope! Hence, the idea of whatever, whenever was born! She specializes in proposals, romantic dinners, unique sunset experiences, picnics and can even plan whole trips that includes different activities and dinner reservations throughout your stay! Needless to say, both Sandra and Justin have the qualifications and right attitude to ensure that you have a most wonderful vacation!
