Having had some poor Airbnb experiences, including my rental in Mexico City cancelling on me ON THE DAY & my rental in Hanoi telling me they'd double booked the place I'd rented 3 months in advance just 10 days before my travel, & offering a place further away & in worse condition... I've been losing faith in Airbnb. But then I found Chonly's place in the Chang Khlan area of Chiang Mai & I can quite honestly say this is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It's a new build condo with great amenities on the rooftop; big infinity pool, gym, sauna, co-working space. Chonly's unit is clean, well furnished & a perfect size for a solo traveller. She also provided almost everything I needed for my week's stay. I can be really off-putting when hosts leave a bunch of house rules plastered around the place. Chonly's were on a small, clear & concise plaque by the TV. Other hosts take note. She was very accommodating, communicated clearly & I would absolutely stay here again if I come back.

COMFORTABLE! This is the first time I go to Chiang Mai. I kinda worried about everything. So I chat the owner kinda many times before my stay. And Chonly is really responsive to all my chat! Make me feel so safe ;) She is the one who chat me first before the day I stay, about how to check in and get the key. The amenities and facilities are so complete, you can find almost anything at home! From women pads to nail clippers ❤️ washing machine and the detergent, hand and bath towel! Everything is provided. There is 7-11 in front of the apartment. Surely I will stay here again, when I go back to Chiang Mai! I hope soon 🫣
