Zi's place is in a very central location close to shops and restaurants. It is only 10 minutes into George Town by a Grab car or to catch a bus which is right on a bus route. It is across the road from Lotus shopping center which has a super market, food hall and lots of other shops and eating places. Zi's apartment is on the 26th floor with a lovely view of the hills, town and ocean. The sky is a never ending moving picture. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. I would highly recommend Zi's place to anyone wanting a pleasant stay in Penang.

이 숙소는 아름다운 뷰와 넓은 공간, 안전함 그리고 근처의 편의 시설 등 장점이 많습니다. 호스트는 문의와 요청에 신속하게 답을 보내오며 친절합니다. 6박을 머물며 바로 앞의 부두와 해안을 산책할 수 있었습니다. 또 바다 옆 공원에서는 아침에 운동하는 그룹도 있습니다. 10여분 걸으면 주위에 레지던스들과 편의시설, 레스토랑 그리고 야시장에서의 저녁 식사등 다양한 수준으로 즐길거리가 많습니다. 여기오기 전에 바쁜 여행스케줄로 지쳐있었는데 편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 여러가지 배려해 준 호스트에게 고마움을 전합니다.

The view is really superb, just sad that the window have adhesive residue on it that look dirty. Apartment is big and spacious but scarcely furnished with cheap furniture (plastic chairs, plastic dishes) and almost no decoration (feels super empty). Useless speakers (not connected) clutter unnecessarily the TV bench (I had to take 5 min to tidy the cable mess) and use up the wall outlets. Lamps were not plugged in in the 2nd bedroom. Aircon leaked water on the bed below in master bedroom. No towel drying rack in bathrooms. The place is dusty, and no shoes allowed means dirty feet. The laundry room is cluttered with stuff making one drying rack un-usable. Quiet neighborhood. Small beach is 5 min walking distance, supermarket and food court just across the street. Mostly tourists in the area. Overall, nice place to stay but many details seriously need to be improved to justify the asking price, the host has several units and is a professional, these details have to be fixed.
