Check in was at 4 pm, and our reservation was canceled while we were outside about to walk in. Eight of us flew into Austin, booked this place at least 6 months in advance, paid almost $8,000 for 3 nights, and spoke to the property manager through the app all day about checking in, and then showed up to a place that was already filled with other guests. We obviously called to get help with what to do, and when a property manager showed up to discuss, he told us they don’t even do short term rentals. I talked to someone on the phone who told me they would refund the full amount, but they had no place for us to stay so we had to just try rebooking through Airbnb. I get it… they can’t kick other people out for our sake. But the fact that their system allows double booking to occur is unbelievable. We were left with a full refund, and Airbnb gave us about 5% extra in credit to rebook. They refunded my credit card so then I had to come up with the cash to give everyone their money back.

House was gorgeous. Surrounding Neighborhood was not as nice. There were a few set backs with the AC and pool heater but Charlie was extremely responsive and helpful.

The property was exactly as described and very clean and spacious for our party of 8. Pool was warm, there were enough towels, coffee/tea, etc. Not too far from downtown or the airport.. Overall a great place to stay!

Great stay! We had fun hanging out by the pool and cooking by the grill. The pool is shaded for most of the day so that helped keep the water at a decent temperature. Charlie was super responsive and recommended some great eats!
