A private self contained modern Annex in the quiet village of Rotherwick . Driveway parking in front of annex. TV and Wi fi available. 2 village pubs a short walk away. Tilney Hall and golf club only 15 minutes walk away. Hook is only 2 miles away where there is a Tesco store, restaurants, takeaways and cafes and mainline railway to London. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway. The Vyne National trust only 8miles. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect get away.

very smart, clean well equipped little flat. I didn't meet Paul but any communication was good.
Enjoyed our stay. Smart, comfortable and clean in a lovely rural village. We highly recommend it
First time staying with Paul and certainly wont be the last. A lovely space with very comfortable sofa and bed. Everything there for short stay. Very quiet area with pub nearby and walking / running possible from the front door. Will definitely stay again.
