La Casita is a quirky, mexican themed, self-catering accommodation for a couple. It is centrally located in Stanford's main road and on the same premises as La Cantina, a mexican restaurant serving street food. La Casita is a self contained flatlet with it's own entrance. Its mexican decor sets it apart.

Lyn & Mark are 5-star hosts! Well appointed little home away from home. Love the decor, colours & the Frida Kahlo influence. The barbecue area is cozy and a lovely area to relax. It is situated in the business hub of the quaint village of Stanford; lovely restaurants and coffee shops all in walking distance. Worth a try!
Excellent- would definitely recommend. Perfect location as also next door to Mexican La Cantina where we had dinner with great food and service.
Charming cottage next to the river. Beautiful view, lovely water. Lots of water sports, and perfect weather. We loved our stay.

Stanford is a quaint little village where life slows down and affords one time to just breathe and be. Some of the attractions to the area are.: Pantheros (a wild cat sanctuary), the Lady Stanford (a river cruise boat), wine estates (Raka, Walker Bay, Stanford hills to name a few. We also boast internationally recognized Klein River Cheese Factory. If you enjoy the outdoors, horse riding, ebike hire, canoeing are also available.
Parking is not an issue, however walking is the popular means of getting about.
