This Studio, in a fully renovated building, beautifully designed and carefully equipped, is the perfect base to discover the hidden secrets of Porto. Perfectly located in Porto’s Historic Center, in the lively and iconic Rua das Flores. Feel the privilege to stay in the middle of all the action and excitement, but still having a perfect quiet rest, since it’s at the back of the building. São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, Ribeira, Luís I Bridge, are all within walking distance! Located in a building with elevator since floor 0 (you need to climb around 12 steps from building door until floor 0). The apartment is very bright and has a comfortable living area. There’s Air Conditioning, with Cooling, Heating and Fan options, a very good wifi speed and a smart TV. The bed has a comfortable mattress (1,50mtx2mt) and there’s also a closet for your clothes. The shower is spacious with very good water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pans and everything you need to prepare your meals.

Such a great place in an exciting location in Porto. Host was responsive and gave great recommendations. I enjoyed the bed and thought it was the best shower in all my visits in Portugal :). Highly recommend!
Great bustling area but apt super quiet, safe and peaceful. Walkable in an amazing fun area. Clean, spacious, well appointed kitchen, firm mattress, clean linens, great water pressure. This is a building that has been completely re-done. Ac/heat work great! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Porto. This is our second visit.
The place looks just like the pictures and is perfectly located on a great street in Porto. There's great attention to detail inbthe decor and cleanliness. Instructions were clear and the place easy to find. I couldn't be happier with the place.
Sofia and Fatima were great hosts! The place corresponds to the photos and description! Very central location, we haven’t used public transport, as we could easily get everywhere! Since the apartment is facing the inside backyard, it was very quiet at night. We received lots of tips from Sofia! My husband and I had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!

Flores Street is considered one of the most charming streets in Porto Historic Center, World Heritage by Unesco. An ancient street, 500 years old, with beautiful traditional buildings.
It’s pedestrian, with wonderful restaurants, cafés and traditional shops. Attractions like Ribeira Square, Clérigos Tower, São Bento Station and Lello bookstore are all a short walk distance through enchanting little streets.
From the airport you can get to the apartment by Private Transfer, Taxi or Metro. Carlos is a very kind and responsible driver that does Private Transfers, from or to the airport, for 25€ ( around 30 min), if you want to book, please let me know your flight number and arrival time!
If you prefer to take the Metro, you need to buy Andante Card for Z4, one for each person (3€). At Trindade Station you have to change to D line and get off at S. Bento Station. It takes 45min and then just a 3 min walk to the apartment.
If you’re arriving by car and need parking, there’s an indoor park available, 3min away from the apartment, Cardosas Parking ( 25€/30€- 24h book online at Saba pt or parclick for the best price).
The train from Lisbon arrives at Campanhã Station.
With the same ticket, you can take an Urban train to S. Bento Station (5 min) and the apartment is just a 3 min walking distance.
If you have large luggage, I recommend a private transfer from Campanhã Station to the apartment with Carlos (15€).

Olá! My name is Sofia. I was born in Porto and a few years ago I decided to start investing, alongside my parents, in Porto's Historic Center, more specifically in Rua das Flores - our favourite street of all! I love dancing, travelling and I am also a real estate consultant, but my absolute favourite job is being a mother of two lovely boys! Rua das Flores it's just like home to me and I truly hope to share its beauty with you!
