The property features an inviting layout, with a few unique touches that are sure to enhance your pleasure, your privacy and your ability to unwind. The villa was especially designed for discerning families and holiday makers looking for a stylish and luxurious home away from home on the pristine beaches of Sanur. The spacious villa offers guests numerous indoor and outdoor socialising opportunities. The main living and dining areas span the length of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Slip directly into the pool through the numerous sliding doors, relax in one of the two air-conditioned lounge spaces, plan your day at the breakfast bar or enjoy a family meal together on the round dining table. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, with exception to the one-bedroom annex. The upstairs bedrooms are accessed via the south oriented u-shaped balcony terrace. The master bedroom has an adjoining second children’s bedroom with a single bed (110cm). Kindly note, that this bed can comfortably accomodate a child, not an adult. The layout of the property ensures plenty of natural light throughout the villa. The covered second balcony terrace in the south-east corner is a hidden treasure. It's the perfect spot for an late afternoon apéro or Champagne tea with views over Sanur's reef break and fine sand beach.

I have stayed in many Air B&B locations in Bali, and due to the climate and economic conditions, most places come with a level of "needs updating & maintenance" and I have come to expect this regardless of pictures and descriptions. This place was liveable given my past experiences, but would be a shocker to first-timers who have travelled far for a dream holiday in Bali. The place needs work, the aircon is not powerful enough and generally the place is showing its age. It's still an impressive property and has very classic Balinese architecture, but it's tired and not a premium villa for the price. The pool is clean and maintained. The flowers, plants and trees are allv ery well looked after, but unfortunately the building and particularly the bathrooms need updating. The bed and linens were solid and clean. The TVs worked fine and the Internet performed at an acceptable level if you stayed near the WiFi device. Plenty of hot water, toilets functioned well and drains were not clogged
