We had an amazing weekend get away. The view was incredible, and the house was very comfortable, with comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen. I felt lucky to have stayed so close to Sedona, but yet away from the crowds. We were close to many hikes - like the Bell Rock. The restaurants in the area were also ver good, and varied. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the rental and came back energized.

The pool was not heated, which we knew going into it from other reviews. I would’ve given five stars if it was heated for our stay. Also, it does have a fire pit which we did not know from the listing and we enjoyed. We also liked the access to a barbecue grill, various lounge chairs, and seating options in the spacious backyard.

Place is quite dated but functional. Location is great close to village and outdoor activities/ bike rental / coffee place. Right next to the fantastic public accessible golf course. I dont get the furniture layout in the living room however the view from the dining table and garden is great. Master bed is very comfortable. Yard is nicely fenced in for a dog. The pool pump is old or broken its annoying loud 24x7 and right right next to the master bedroom. We had some minor issue with some kitchen items (if your into cooking bring your gadets as pretty much everything is there but could use some upgrades) and a non functional dishwasher however the property manager swiftly addressed the issues and got it fixed right away.

A great place to stay near Sedona! We had a group camping throughout Arizona and Sedona's property was a great place to regroup and explore the countless sites and activities in Sedona. It was spacious, clean, and has a really great backyard area! A few things to note about the property and the town of Sedona. The property is about 15 minutes south of Sedona "proper" and traffic can be very backed up on the weekends, so plan accordingly. Also, it seemed like most of the restaurants in town closed between 8-9pm, and very few deliver, so keep your dinner plans in mind if you come back from activities in the late afternoon / early evening. Lastly, the pool area is really nice in Sedona's backyard, but make sure you ask in advance if the pool can be heated. We stayed in mid-October and the water was really cold, and we were told their policy was not to heat the pool during certain times of the year. No hit on the owner, just an assumption that the water would be warm!
