Entering the cottage on the ground floor are the three bedrooms: a gorgeous master bedroom with kingsize bed, a single bedroom and a bunk bedroom (suitable for children only). The family bathroom includes a bath with heavy glass screen and pressurised drench head shower above. There is also a useful separate cloakroom. On the first floor is the gorgeous open plan kitchen, dining and living area which includes a wood burner for cooler evenings, a desk for those working from home, and a stunning window seat overlooking the grounds. Steps from the kitchen lead to a small private sheltered terrace which is perfect for a little drink in the evenings. The large terrace with gas BBQ is a few meters away from the front door with plenty of seating over looking the play field (this is shared with other guests).
