This is a brand new home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Sadly, it did not feel warm and lived in. The furnishings were sparse, without a single piece of furniture on the back patio. In the kitchen, there were only two knives: one was broken and the other one dull. No blender. No kitchen towels. The owner would do the place well by actually living and cooking in the space for a few days. We were there for three weeks and it was rough. That said, the home was in the perfect location and we were happy to have had it.

The place was clean. Master bedroom bedding looked and felt like it belonged in a dorm room. There was no place to put our clothing other than the small bedside table drawers. No dresser and no hangers in the closet. We had to search for the extra TP and it wasn’t anywhere you would expect. It was stocked out of reach above the refrigerator and surprisingly was the only thing in the kitchen pantry closet was TP! We tried cooking a little and found there were no bowls, mixing spoons, measuring cups or spoons, spatulas, or cutting knives. No plastic wrap, aluminum foil or Ziplock bags. Also no containers to store food in the refrigerator if you did manage to prepare something. There are a lot of pots and pans and dollar store silverware. We did reach out to VACASA to let them know that some very basic things had not been stocked. It was my intent that with a little extra thought, they could easily get those things available for future renters.

location address did not come up on GPS Maps. had to get land coordinates. there was a no coffee pot or Kureig. lots of construction and noise early in the morning since this home is in a new subdivision.
