We have 280 m2 of majestic and modern furnished villa at our guests' disposal. The ground floor of the house is a place for relaxing and enjoying meetings. There is a very large, kitchen with a dining space for 10 people, overlooking the terrace with a swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen is integrated into the long table, bar table with bar chairs where our guests can talk, enjoy and prepare regional meals together, looking the same time at the children. The swimming pool is visible from the kitchen and living room. From the kitchen, we go to the dining room with a fireplace and a comfortable large sofa and armchairs. In the middle of this room is also a billiard. In the basement of the villa is one bedroom with a walk-in shower cabine and double king- bed (180cm x200cm). Near the living room is an extra wc toilette with a big mirror. On the first floor of our Santa Barbara, we have prepared 4 very big bedrooms with double king- beds (180cmx200cm). Each of them has a private bathroom and is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, TV, and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 has a small walk-in balcony and bedrooms 3 and bedroom 4 have an entrance to the roof terrace with a jacuzzi (50m2). The house has 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet. For the comfort of our guests, there are blackout blinds and mosquito nets throughout the house. The half roof of our Santa Barbara is an amazing terrace from which we can enjoy both - a bath with bubbles in a heated jacuzzi in the evening as a romantic place and in the middle of summer day catching the sun at the sun loungers. At the disposal of other guests at that time, there is a 60 m2 heated swimming pool and a fenced area of ​​a rosemary garden around the villa. Outside, you can use a big table with chairs, sun loungers, a pool shower, and even two bicycles available in the villa. In the garden is also a barbecue area at a calm place surrounded by Mediterranean-scented plants with lounge- furniture. Crowonder Santa Barbara Villa has also 3 free parking places and free Wi-Fi.
