Ideal for trade fair guests and visitors to Munich! Quietly located basement room with private bathroom and private access. We provide towels and a selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The Munich Trade Fair is within walking distance (door-to-door 1 km); by public transport you can be in the heart of Munich (Marienplatz) in half an hour. Good accessibility both by car and public transport. The accommodation itself The room is located in the basement of an apartment building. It is a large room with private access to the apartment and its own bathroom. In addition to towels, we also provide toiletries such as shampoo and hand cream in the bathroom. In addition to a large shower, the bathroom also has a bathtub with space for two people. For a relaxing bath, please feed the piggy bank with a contribution towards expenses of 5 euros. There is a guest WLAN as well as the possibility to connect directly via a LAN socket. There is a coffee machine (capsules), to which we also donate a few free capsules so that our guests wake up well in the morning. As we have already been asked this several times: Of course we also provide the bed linen. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you are considerate, you can smoke in the garden. Accessibility If you arrive by public transport, it will take you about 25-30 minutes from the main train station to us; from the airport it takes just under an hour. We are unable to provide a parking lot, but will be happy to advise you where to find free parking in the immediate vicinity. Surroundings and destinations The Munich Trade Fair Center (Westeingang/Messe-See) is only 1 km away on foot. Alternatively, there is also a regular bus service. The Munich Riem S-Bahn stop is a 5-10 minute walk away. From there it is 15 minutes directly to the city center (Marienplatz). The Riem-Arcaden (shopping center) is also located directly at the stop. The subway station Messestadt West can be reached by bus in approx. 5 minutes. From there it is 20 minutes to the city center (Sendlinger Tor). Visitors heading for the Olympiapark should allow at least 50 minutes for the journey (public transport). Outside of rush hour, it takes about 20 minutes by car. Soccer/Football fans heading to the Allianz Arena should plan about 20 minutes by car or one hour by public transport.
