James is a good host. However, the cleaning crew needs to do better. There was dog hair on the floors throughout and dog and human hair on all of the beds. There are also no wash clothes in the residence. We didn’t have access to the 3rd bedroom that’s detached from the main part of the residence. The kitchen stove stayed on lock/cleaning our entire stay and we couldn’t get it to work. The kitchen pantry closet was also broken and wouldn’t close properly. Overly, it was a relaxing staycation. But, it need to be tidy up

1st of all James is very responsive, before I booked the communication was good. The house is right at a major 4 roads noisy and very busy. Very spacious. Place a bit dated, I didn't like the fact that 1 of the master bedrooms had no direct access to the house, it was completely separated.

James as a host is 10 out of 10. Take note this property sides onto a 4 lane boulevard, major traffic 24/7. This review is based on the fact I was there for a full month rental. The space of place was great, kitchen table to play games with the grandkids and have breakfast. Cable box never worked, no Netflix, nothing, which is big when staying for a month. Both couches should be replaced with something comfortable. Mattresses were very comfortable, but no mattress protectors for hygiene reasons? No hot water in the ensuite. No drapes in the exterior bedroom. When I arrived there was one pool side lounge chair and one broken lounge chair. Table and chairs delivered the next day. I paid for a solar heated pool, which never got above 67 degrees. Spoke to the neighbour my second last date and she said “looks like the levers are turned to off”. I turned them on and the pool warmed up. She also said this is a party rental, so I wouldn’t go back for long term.

This house was perfect for my family to entertain enjoy. The host was very responsive. We had a fabulous time

Excellent Place, pool was fantastic. House was spacious and had room for all of our guests.
