A 500.00 security deposit will be required to be paid directly to Elite Experiences. You will be required to sign a reservation contract directly with Elite Experiences. A few things to consider when choosing this property for a venue. 1. Parking will be in a grass field and some on the blacktop or gravel. 2. For more than 50 people you will need to get portable toilets. 3. Only Up to 50 overnight Would LOVE to host your special day. PETS ALLOWED for a fee of 250 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Quiet hours for the property are between 1o PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. Please note: 1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed. 2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property. 3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am 4) No Hunting on the property 5) No fireworks on the property 6) Please be respectful of the neighbors. The lot is huge and private but we want to make sure they are comfortable also.
