Denia’s airbnb exceeded expectations! We were very happy with the location near stores and many major sites in Rome but also private and quiet at night. Denia was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend her Airbnb if you are visiting Rome and would be happy to stay again!
숙소는 로마의 가장 번화한 중심지로 걸어가기에 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 전철도 가깝습니다. 집은 아름답게 관리되어 있고, 건물을 찾기 쉽습니다. (에어비앤비와 현지 메신저 어플로 소통하는 것에 익숙하지 않았는데 체크인 과정에서 Denia가 계속 재촉을 해서 당황했습니다. 나중에 알고 보니 이탈리아는 호스트가 직접 체크인을 해주어야 하는 것 같았습니다. 이 점은 Denia에게 사과하고 싶고, 공지사항에 미리 안내되어 있으면 좋을 것 같아요!) 다른 모든 것은 쾌적하고 밝고 좋았습니다. 유일한 단점은 온수가 거의 제대로 나오지 않아서 찬물로 샤워해야 했고, 그게 여행을 불편하게 했습니다.
N'hésitez pas à réserver ce petit pieds à terre pour visiter Rome ! Très fonctionnel au calme sur une joile cour et très propre . Le lit est confortable , l'immeuble très sécurisé , le seul bémol c'est l'isolation sonore ..... On entends vraiment les voisins .... Mais le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel pour Rome . Je recommande cet hébergement Dénia a été super réactive elle réponds dans la minute !!!

Spending your holidays at TownHouse by the Spanish Steps means being extremely central and well located in Rome.
Our complex is located in a luxury building right on Via del Corso, the most famous fashion district in the center of Rome.
You are not only in the middle of hundreds of luxury shops but also 5 minutes walk distant from the famous Spanish steps, 10 minutes walk from Trevi's Fountain and Piazza Venezia.
Pantheon and Piazza Navona are just 1 km away.
In terms of public transportation you will be extremely well connected:
From Termini Station you need to take METRO A (Direction Battistini), 4 stops and you get out at FLAMINIO stop. From there cross the street and take Via Del Corso. 500 metres and you will find Fashion District TownHouse on your right side.
Once you enter in the building take SCALA B. 3rd floor.
If you prefer to take bus from Termini you need to catch number 64 (Direction Piazza Stazione S.Pietro) after 4 stops you get out at NAZIONALE stop.
From there you take bus number 117 (Direction) and after 6 stops you reached the destination at stop CORSO POPOLO.

I like taking advantage of all the city has to offer, explore new places, attending gallery opens, going to museums, concerts,food etc. I'm totally addicted to Chocolate, Souffle and Nutella!
