Le logement de Juan est très beau, moderne, neuf à la décoration très actuelle. Il est très bien placé proche du centre super calme et accessible. Juan est un hôte hyper réactif et attentionné. Le seul bémol, je dirais, c'est la deuxième chambre, très petite pour 2 personnes, une fois le lit d'appoint déplié, on ne peut pas fermer la porte, et le matelas est plus adapté à un enfant qu'à un adulte et il n'y a pas de photo sur l'annonce. Le chauffage réversible marche très bien. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait bienvenue car c'est un peu juste, mais c'est un détail. Sinon, tout le reste est super ! Merci .

There is no doubt - Juan’s place is lovely - it’s in a great location and on the whole it’s quite luxurious. The trouble is that when you are paying that little bit more you expect more from your experience - and we were left disappointed. There were some issues - the floor hadn’t been cleaned (you could see the dirt on the bottom of your socks after walking around), the en suite shower door leaks (leaving either a puddle or a saturated bath mat), one of the windows had a small leak and the patio door lock was broken. The shower door had been mentioned in previous reviews but not fixed. And finally - we found Juan’s communication poor - slow to respond and not providing us with what we needed. More attention to detail is required, and if so this would be a really great air bnb experience
