On entering the property you will find to your right a fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine & dishwasher. On the left is our store/cleaning cupboard. On the right is a rather spacious downstairs toilet & sink Leading onto the Large open plan Lounge/Diner with a 55" Smart TV & patio doors leading to the rear fully enclosed rear garden & shed. 0nto the second floor you will find a large bedroom with a King size bed which can also be split to make 2 x Single beds (on request). This room also has a Juliet balcony looking onto the rear garden. Another bedroom with a King size bed that can be split into 2 single beds (on request). On this Level of the property there is a 3 piece bathroom (Bath with shower over the bath). On the third floor you will find a Master bedroom with En-Suite & double fitted wardrobes. A further 2 bedrooms each with 2 x single beds in. A further 3 piece bathroom can be found on this level (Shower). Lovely place, just as advertised. Good number of bathrooms for a large group 👍 great communication from Helen before an on the day when I struggled to get in!
Helen was a great host, responded quickly with any messages I had. The place was exactly as described, clean and spacious. It is a little out of the centre but there’s a bus a 5 minute walk away that takes 10 minutes so extremely easy. Definitely great value for money!
The property is perfect for a large family or group of friends as it is very well designed and having twin rooms as well as doubles are an asset, as are bath/shower rooms and loos on every floor. The house was spotlessly clean and we appreciated all the appliances in the kitchen. The furnishings are minimalistic and could be improved as could kitchen equipment however it provided us with a great place to stay as we were a group of singers being part of a choir singing the services in the cathedral for the weekend. There was excellent communication with the host who sorted out some issues we had, promptly and with warmth and friendliness.
Had a lovely few days, big home with plenty of room and bathrooms for 8 of us and a dog. Communication was great and check in was easy. Good location, a short drive to the zoo and chester city centre
