This property has 4 King-size bed ensuites, 1 ensuite bunk bedroom with 4 custom-built bunk beds, and a half bath on the first floor convenient to the open-concept living. This beach house can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. All guests must be disclosed. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. STARTER SUPPLIES: •We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. • Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning. If you would like to request roller beds during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. There is an additional bed fee of $20/roller bed when requested. We have a total of 4 beds available which will bring max occupancy to 16.
