Our home is a cozy 1890's Italianate victorian 2-flat that has been renovated with all the modern conveniences of today. The unit is located on the 2nd floor so you will walk a flight of stairs to enter. PARKING: available street parking, (just let us know you'll be driving and will give you some parking passes). NOTE: this is an OPEN CONCEPT living space. the main bedroom does NOT have a door. The 2nd bedroom has a barn door to close off between the 2 sleeping quarters. main bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds. (top bunk not suitable for an adult). we will provide a twin air mattress if needed. KITCHEN: we love to cook so you will have a lovely gourmet style kitchen with a coffee bar, spices, cooking utensils + pots and pans everything you should need if cooking at home is what you're looking for. OFFICE SPACE: there is a small office space off the living room. OUTDOOR SPACE/ROOFTOP: we have a catwalk off the back to a huge private outdoor living space with lounge seating, a dining area + gas grill. EXTRA'S: laundry room, gas forced heat, central air, clothing steamer, games FAQ: -Cohost lives on 1st floor -NO pets of any kind. This is our home we still use.
