My wife and I stayed a week at Dawn’s place. We had breakfast/coffee every morning while watching the surfers from the balcony. Rented a Jeep for the week. Drove up to Mauna Kea. It was 38 degrees up there, and very windy at 14,000 feet. We hiked Volcano National park, visited the Farmers Market in Hilo, toured a coffee farm in Kona, and of course, visited a few beautiful beaches. Dawn’s place was very clean. It felt very safe, and had plenty of pots, pans and dishes if you like to cook. No need to over pack since there’s a nice washer and dryer to wash your clothes mid way through your visit. Also, no need to pack beach towels since there’s at least 6-8 at the condo. The two bedrooms do not have an air conditioner, but the living room does. It can get a little warm in the bedrooms if the doors stay shut. Keep in mind that A LOT of places in Hawaii do not even have AC. There are also ceiling fans in every room. Dawn absolutely wants your stay to be the best. Would stay here again!!

On vacation with a friend. Previously stayed at the island resorts, but wanted something a little more comfortable this trip and Dawn’s place did not disappoint. It was just as described, very clean, quiet, with a perfect layout and amazing views. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Dawn was absolutely amazing! She let us check in early because we had our bags from our last stay. The kitchen is fully stocked! We saw surfers every morning while working from home.

We loved our stay here! Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves and waking up to the incredible view was magical. The unit was just remodeled and everything was new and clean. Beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. Two bathrooms and laundry access was wonderful. It had everything we could ask for to make our stay in Kona memorable.
