This home is a labor of love and made with remnants of our old family home. It is a big, quiet space with full amenities and displays traditional Kashmiri art. It is centrally located. 12 min from the Airport, 12 min from Lal Chowk, 20 min from Dal Lake. Walking distance from restaurants, cafes, stores, and public transit. My wife and I invite families or groups of girls of upto 5 people. The base price is for 4 people. Rs 500 for additional guest. Space is quite and open and spacious. You have the entire villa to yourself and it has a cozy feeling. Beside a large living and dinning area there are two bedrooms - both are large, but the master bedroom is specially large, fitted with ACs ( both cooling and heating), clothing wardrobes, and seating couches.

Kashmir is a place so calm, so peaceful and so homely and this place completely encaspulates that! Dr Shakeel ji and Assadullah ji are exemplary and kind folks who don't hesitate going above & beyond to help make your stay truly outstanding. The property is modern, beautiful and poetic. Lush garden, beautiful decor and huge bedrooms with spot clean washrooms updated with state of the art amenities. Stayed with my family here and we are taking the memories of this place back with us. Thanks a lot!
perfect place to stay especially with family. I stayed here for 5 days, it was a wonderful experience. Property was well maintained and kitchen was well equipped with all the basic amenities. Host is very responsive and proactive. House manager Mr assadullah ji is very kind and thorough gentleman. It's location is perfect as it is away from crowded City area but on same time you can easily get auto or cabs right in front of the gate. Property looks better than what it appears in pictures. Lawn was the highlight.
We loved our stay at the place! The stay was comfortable and really felt like a home away from home. The place had all the basic amenities and we did not face any issues. The host was very responsive and addressed all our queries. The caretaker Mr. Asadullah ensured we had a pleasant stay and kept the place super clean! The breakfast provided was enough for 5 people. There are markets nearby to buy anything you require. Overall, it was a very good experience for us at the place.
Had a great time with my family. The place really does justice to the phrase ‘Home away from Home’. Dr. Shakeel was very responsive and proactive and also made sure that every concern was addressed. The kitchen was stacked with more than basic amenities which I feel was the highlight for my family as it saved us from eating a lot of junk/restaurant food. All the amenities that listed are in working condition. Overall, you can a lovely time at this place provided you are willing to stay a bit far from the city (mainly Dal lake and similar places).

Bustling posh neighbourhood in Srinagar that is close to major highways leading to popular tourist destinations such as Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Doodhpathri, and more. Neighbourhood itself is full of life, with popular restaurants and cafes at walking distance and access to all amenities. Bus stops and autos are close to come by, and the area is fully serviced by car-share services such as Jugnoo and food delivery services such as Swiggy.
Neighbourhood is very walkable. Street is also readily available outside.
