We have stayed in this house multiple times for events at Hampton coliseum and we love it here!! Lots of room, great and friendly neighbors, outdoor space is great with the fire pit loaded with wood, 2 living rooms with couches and TVs & Rokus, extra toothbrushes, snacks and sodas, cold waters in the fridge and VERY clean !!! We be staying again :) thanks for being great hosts!!

The house was just as pictured. The host had complementary snacks and wine. It was suitable for the guests,the backyard set up was beautiful. The location was great with shopping centers and entertainment close by. The host was very friendly and responsive. Looking forward to booking this location again.

We all had a great stay at this property. Perfect for a medium sized group. Kieth and Evolve were very responsive.

If any guests have asthma or sensitivity to smell, you should disclose to the host before arrival. Every room had a glade plug in and the sheets had strong laundry detergent. Area rugs were a tripping hazard, we constantly had to straighten them out. Mattresses had plastic (made noise anytime you moved) and one of the sheets had stains. Bathrooms and stove had damage, kitchen isn’t fully stocked, and expired food was left in the cabinet. Three people in our party left to stay in a hotel because of the environmental conditions. The host was pleasant and responsive, but regardless, I would not recommend this location.

The house was very clean and well-equipped. All pictures and descriptions from the posting were accurate, furnishings were comfortable. Convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby.
