If you are passing by or vising Edinburgh here is a place you can stay. It’s safe and the area offer great travel links to the city centre. There is also free car par which is very rare in Edinburgh to find. Here in this zone is all day free. Whereas in other postcodes near city centre £4 per hour 9-18. This room have a lock. The host is very responsive and room is very clean and tidy.
I had a wonderful stay! The host was welcoming (and especially the co-host Jolanta), the accommodations were comfortable, and the location was perfect for the price point. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an affordable experience in Edinburgh, with the added incentive that it does have reliable transit options nearby.

Sighthill is a labour neighbourhood most of the neighbourhood is made of tenement flat and today is inhabited by polish and Spanish immigrants. It was build in 1955 post World War Two when the demand for housing was at its peak at the time folk had large families and having a bathroom was a private luxury in a home.
The neighbourhood is safe although look a bit brutalist style of construction.
I been living here for 7 years and nothing has ever happened to me.
