This incredible hand poured concrete home sits on top of a hill in the most exclusive area of Guatape - only 10 min from town. With 360’ lake views, lake access and only 3 other properties on the 4 acre site, the setting is stunning. See both sunrise and sunset over the lake and mountains. The new home has a bespoke kitchen, hot/cold tub, 2 full bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a sofá cama for one additional guest. Important: Access is a 100 meter path with moderate 3 story climb. The house is up a moderate climb to spectacular views. There is a king and a queen bedroom as well as 2.5 bathrooms. The living area with fireplace and bespoke kitchen is upstairs, surrounded by a terrace and hot tub. The 360' roof terrace is accessed via bridge just outside the kitchen.

Nos gustó mucho la casa, es hermosa tal cual se ve en las fotos, es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar, está muy bien dotada, la señora Sonia fue demasiado amable y estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Lo único que nos gustaría como anotar es que la salida es un poco temprano 11am.

Amazing house. They provide wagons for your luggage to get up the hill. It is not that crazy of a hike and very short which I was a little worried about from the description! Unless you have disabilities or a lot of luggage you will be fine to access. Take full advantage of all the massage and chef resources as well as the boat. The boat and jet ski day was something from a dream and very well coordinated. Would return and love to stay longer. Having the chef helped relieve needed coordination for food as the area is remote. Beautiful sunset views as well.

The house was a great place to relax & enjoy the beautiful scenery. The upstairs view is fantastic & Sonia, who we met at check-in, was friendly & communicative!

The peninsula of Los Naranjos is the most exclusive in Guatape. We are the last house on the peninsula with only the Luxe Resort next door where you can find great restaurants and a variety of watersports.
A taxi or car is the most logical way to arrive. It is also possible to arrive by bus with a transfer to the house by tuktuk. It is also very easy to arrange tuktuks to pick you up from the house for short journeys to town or other tourist sites. The cost is around USD4

After driving the Pan- American from Alaska to Ushaia and back up we (Monica and Jake) decided to return no further north than Colombia and now call it our home. Everywhere we go we go with our dog Llio (a quiet and very well behaved Welsh Terrier).
