The property was exactly as described and amazing in person. The host was extremely responsive to questions and was thorough with responses. My group and I felt comfortable and safe throughout our entire trip.

We had an unusual need during our stay, and Tony was quick to respond to our messages with a direct call and text messaging until the issue was resolved. He was great all the way through!

We were a group of 10 guests that did a lot of cooking during our stay and this house was exactly what we needed. Great shared kitchen, dining, living space with ample cooking utensils/equipment. Lovely outdoor area with games/activities. Everything was especially clean. Tony was very friendly, responsive, and detailed. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had that best time staying in lake Geneva at this cozy home. Our favorite part was how open the place was. Having a big enough space to entertain a large group was perfect. Tony was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times, we were so very thankful of that and his responsiveness.

Beautiful cabin absolutely stunning…. Arrived on a cold winter storm night to a nice heated cabin that was roomy and homely. Woke to no lights and water, geez we felt like we were outside. Nevertheless, the ambience was breathtaking. Tony was very responsive, helpful and beyond accommodating which was truly a pleasant welcome and surprise. Because of his superb customer service, we didn’t want to leave or relocate to another Airbnb so we weathered it out. Tony advised us around 9’ish that the lights would be on at 11 pm then 9 pm .. Everyone went to breakfast and when we returned at 11’ish am the lights and water were on. Tony accommodated our stay although it was no fault of his and why would we not return ?? Tony, we plan to book with you again this Fall. The best host and Airbnb ever❤️ See you soon!!!
