Lucia was a wonderful communicator and made sure that we arrived safely and we were happy. It’s a beautiful home and we loved having the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. We will be back!

Lucia was so sweet and welcoming! Super responsive. The house was amazing! Very clean and had everything we needed or could want. My son LOVED their pool and yard. A perfect family vacation! We are already planning to come back next summer!

Serenity in the Springs! Lucia’s place was exactly as described and SO cute. The home has two floors, two bedrooms and bathroom on top and the biggest bedroom, a large pullout couch, and bathroom downstairs. We came as a group of six, and fit perfectly! The appliances and showers are brand new and top of the line! The pool gets good sun throughout the day and the outdoor patio has a grill and cute lights to have dinner Al Fresco. This location is great as well, we love the Springs, East Hampton because it’s super quiet and secluded, and only a 10 minute drive to the center of East Hampton. Best of all was the host. Lucia and her partner, Joey, made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions/requests extremely quickly. They provided us with extra linens, coffee, paper products, and plenty of bath and beach towels. There was a comfort in knowing the hosts were close by should we have any problems! Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. 4 of us stayed and a 5th person joined us over the weekend. The house is very comfortable for 5 people. There were 3 bedrooms and an extra living room with a pull out couch at the basement as an extra bed. The pool and the outdoor space under the trees are amazing. We’ve spent majority of our time outside. It is private and peaceful. We saw deers, bunnies, squirrels and various types of birds passing by (highly appreciated by us city folks). We even had night swims for a few nights. Lucia and Joey have been fantastic hosts. They are super friendly and one of the most responsive hosts I have ever seen. Communication was smooth and flawless, they responded to our various questions and requests with ease. They even asked feedback for future guests, and I was glad to provide it. I highly recommend this place. We didn’t want to leave and even did a late checkout (for a fee). We loved our time there and I would certainly go back.

The home is even better in person than the photos show! The property is gorgeous and designed well. We were able to spend time outside at the pool as well as some beaches close by. The beds were new and really comfortable. All new appliances. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!
