This downtown guest house is a 5 minute walk to downtown Fort Myers. The guest house cottage has its own private entrance and is it’s own unit. There is another house on the property with a separate entrance. The only shared space is the laundry room. Enjoy citrus, avocado, and mango trees on the property. Plenty of parking in the back and your own private backyard area. This is a small unit but has everything you will need and love! Full size appliances, walk in shower in the bathroom and a queen bed. There is a cute sitting / eating area in the front.
