This family-friendly home in central St. Petersburg is conveniently located 5 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the beaches. Make the most of your vacation by starting your stay sooner and ending it later with a 12PM (noon) check-in/check-out time. Sorry, no pets allowed! Coffee Station: A complimentary nitro cold brew coffee station is set up in the kitchen. No prep needed - grab a glass, pour it straight from the tap, and add whichever flavor you like! DIY Mural Station: Inspired by St. Pete's Arts District, we decided to dedicate the side of our house to mural painting! You are welcome and encouraged to leave your mark! Smocks, brushes, paints, and an outdoor sink are provided. (Materials are locked up outside and can be unlocked upon reading the mural painting rules using a QR code provided) The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a zen room that can be used as an additional bedroom to sleep a total of 8 guests. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, and a desk. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The zen room has a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal plus a dining table that seats 8. The dining room features a unique tropical mural painted by local artist, Tom Stovall. The airy living room is stocked with games and a tv for fun evenings with family and friends. The backyard features an outdoor dining table and hammock for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Depending on the season, please help yourself to fruit from the trees, including papayas and spanish plums.
