Opulent Oasis is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a gorgeous living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a fully finished basement, and fully fenced back yard and large back patio and pergola. This 2000 square foot home boasts incredible, luxurious amenities. House was clean and fun. Looked just like the photos. Host communicated well and responded very quickly. Would stay here again or at another house she hosts.
We were in town to watch softball at Wichita State. It was close and we loved the neighborhood. The house was cute and just as we expected. Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions. The toaster was missing so I messaged to ask about it. There was one left on the porch within 20 minutes. Probably one of the best Air B&B experiences we have had and we tend to choose air B&Bs over hotels. My only suggestion would be a listing of nearby pizza, grocery stores, attractions. We always appreciate recommendations from locals. Thanks for a great stay!
This place was amazing and the host was very friendly. Looks just like the photos but better. Every thing went according to plan she was also very accommodating. As well as good recommendations. Although we never needed anything was always willing to bring things if needed. It was very nicely decorated but also functional. The house had all the essentials and more the pots and pans were so nice and the appliances were top notch and brand new.
My family and I had an incredible experience during our stay at Opulent Oasis! Alex went above and beyond to ensure our stay felt like a luxurious 5-star resort. Her exceptional communication and attention to detail truly made our experience memorable. The accommodations were absolutely stunning, providing the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. We can't wait to return to Opulent Oasis for another upcoming baseball tournament.
We loved our time here! This is such a beautifully decorated, home away from home. Alexandra was a great host, and let us know where we could find more towels before we even asked. I would highly recommend staying here, and having breakfast while the sun rises! The back door captures the sunlight perfectly!

This house is located in a cute and cozy neighborhood in East Wichita, nestled between College Hill and Eastborough. Most of the houses were built in the early 20th Century and have loads of character. You'll see Tudors, MCM and colonials. It is incredibly convenient with easy access to Kellogg Avenue (Highway 54/400) and Central Avenue. There are several parks within 5 minutes of the home, including College Hill Park, Cypress Park (less than a mile), and Eastborough Park. There are great eateries within seconds of the home, including Angelo's Italian Restaurant, China Inn, George's French Bistro, Albero Cafe, and more. In a hurry, you'll also find many fast food restaurants (including Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, Sonic, McDonalds, Braums, Spangles, Schlotkey's, Subway and more). Dillon's Grocery Store, Walgreens and CVS are all within 2 miles of the home, and Whole Foods and Trader Joes are less than 10 minutes. Towne East Mall and Bradley Fair are also within 10 minutes.
This house offers incredible convenience with easy access to Kellogg Avenue (highway 54/ 400). It's near Central Avenue and just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping.
There are a few restaurants (Local Restaurant, Albero Cafe, Angelos)/ fast food places (Dairy Queen, Sonic, Chick N Max, Braums, etc) within walking distance of the home.
Please note, Wichita is not the most walkable city. There is a bus system but it can be difficult to navigate. Renting a car or using Uber/ Lyft is highly recommended for most excursions.
