Great view from the apartment. Fully furnished kitchen. Short walking distance from town centre. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was that with it being December, it was a bit cold at night. Frequent communication and check in from the owner

Schönes kleines Apartment, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und vor allem sehr sauber! Check-in und Check-out haben super einfach funktioniert.

The apartment was handy for central Fermo, clean & well furnished. Massimiliano’s instructions for finding the place, keys and parking were super helpful and clear. All expected amenities were present & bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. The only recommendation we would have is to provide a fan in the bedroom for summer nights as it was a little sweltering in august!
