Tannery Corner is a stunning Cotswold cottage set in the heart of beautiful Northleach. Suitable for 2 couples or families alike, it’s bright and spacious with a modern kitchen, open plan living and dining area, two bedrooms (one kingsize ensuite and one twin/superking ensuite) a courtyard garden and private offroad parking. Within 5 minutes walk of the cottage are 2 excellent local pubs, a wine bar, local shop, bakery, café, butchers and pretty countryside walks. The perfect Cotswolds escape. Having fallen in love with Northleach and all it has to offer, we are proud to be the new owners of Tannery Corner from July 2023; a successful holiday let rated 4.93 by 76 very happy guests with the previous owners. Tannery Corner offers the comfort of modern living wrapped up in a pretty Cotswold Cottage setting. The flag stone hall leads to a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, lounge with 2 large sofas and dining area with patio doors leading to a pretty courtyard garden. Upstairs there are two roomy ensuite bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other with twins that can be made into a super king upon request. The ensuite bathrooms are modern and bright, one with a bath, the other with a large shower and there is a downstairs toilet. There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, free wi-fi and a good range of books and games to keep you entertained. The cottage is child friendly and includes a baby gate on the stairs, numerous children’s toys, a travel cot and high chair. We also welcome your fur babies too and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. Outside, the patio area is fully enclosed with table and chairs and there is private offroad parking to the rear of the cottage. Located a short walk from the pretty market place, Tannery Corner is close to all the excellent amenities Northleach has to offer, including the ever popular Wheatsheaf Inn. And set in the very heart of the Cotswolds, it’s perfect for visiting highlights such as Bourton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cirencester, Bibury, and the Slaughters to name but a few. So, whether you are for looking for a base to explore the Cotswolds, or a quiet escape with beautiful countryside walks and excellent amenities on your doorstep, Tannery Corner is the place for you.

Fabulous cottage in a lovely little Cotswold village.
Beautiful place and very child friendly central to all the delights of Cotswolds. Perfect little village with everything you could need on your doorstep.
We loved this place. It was clean, quiet, and we visited a great restaurant right down the street. The bedding was amazing. I slept like a rock with that big comforter! Claire was responsive and a great host. We will certainly be back. What a beautiful town!
We had a fantastic weekend at Claire's property. The house was beautiful and in walking distance to local shops and cafes. We couldn't have asked for more, we had everything we needed. Thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Tannery! Absolutely loved the living space downstairs & both bedrooms were a great size. The location was also perfect, walking distance to the square and pubs, as well as beautiful country walking routes on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best kept secrets of the Cotswolds, Northleach is located right in the very heart of what has been crowned an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.
At the town's centre is the ancient Market Place with its wonderful half-timbered buildings and houses dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries. Here you'll find all the necessities of village life including two pubs, both of which serve excellent food, a wine bar, local shop, café, pharmacy, gift shop, bakery and award winning butcher.
Within a 2 minute walk of the cottage is a wonderful park with tennis courts and fields providing great walks for the family and pets.
Northleach is famous for its medieval wool trade which brought great wealth to the Cotswolds. The market town boasts one of the Cotswolds' most impressive 'wool' churches: the church of St Peter and St Paul, considered to be the 'Cathedral of the Cotswolds'.
A short walk from the town centre is the Old Prison. An 18C 'House of Correction' that includes a prison, court house and café serving brunch, lunchtime specials and afternoon teas.
In addition to offering everything you need for a great holiday, Northleach is based in the perfect location, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. With popular towns such as Bourton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cirencester, Bibury, the Slaughters, Broadway and the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham all within easy reach, Northleach is a true Cotswolds gem.
From its market place, Northleach offers an excellent bus service to most Cotswold towns. The closest train stations can be found at Kemble and Moreton-in-Marsh.

Northleach is a beautiful little town with everything you need for a perfect holiday.
